Crate Setup
Got a brand new bike? Let’s get it working for you. We’ll adjust your geometry and suspension to suit your body type and riding style—straight out of the crate.
What’s included:
- Suspension and geometry setup
- Rider sag and damping adjustments
- Tyre performance and wear optimisation
- Hands-on tuition during your session
4–5 hour appointment in-person with Patrick. Many riders gain the equivalent of 25 extra bhp—just from a proper setup.

Full Setup
This is our most popular setup. It builds on the Crate Setup but goes deeper—reworking both front forks and rear shock internals to dramatically improve ride quality and feedback.

- Everything in the Crate Setup
- Front fork internal rebuild
- Rear shock absorber rebuild
- Fine-tuned geometry for improved balance and control
- Suspension tuition and rider involvement throughout

Full Race Preparation
For competitive riders, this is the full works. Your bike is stripped, rebuilt, aligned, tuned, and optimised for high-performance racing. Every adjustment is tailored to your race spec, class rules, and personal setup preferences.

- Chassis jigging and truing
- Geometry and ride height setup
- Engine tuning and blueprinting
- Full suspension re-engineering
- Kit parts fitted and adjusted to race spec
- Rider involvement encouraged throughout
